We are always interested in working with Window & Door companies on an interim basis - typically over a 3 - 6 month period.

We also work with companies:-

- in an advisory capacity for a set period, without the more common equivalent of on-going commitment of the business to a non-exec or interim position.

- directly with Directors and/or Senior Management on an intermittent basis - as and when they need an objective approach or straight forward support with existing or new tasks. Typically this service can work well when a company is going through expansion or/and acquisition processes.

- to assist with the implementation of performance improvements, enabling existing directors to concentrate on their daily functions where workload requirement is above that achievable from the existing set-up, but implementation of new strategies are of paramount importance to the success of the business!
